HOT BREW

1. Gather your
 Tea leaves, tea pot, tea cups (80ml per cup), teaspoon.

2. 1heaped teaspoon of tea leaves into the pot.

3. Pour freshly boiled water into the cups. Please never pour boiled water onto Japanese leaves directly. It causes the tea would be bitter.

4. Transfer the hot water in the cup to the tea pot.

5. Within 30 seconds you will notice the aroma and see the tea leaves opening.

6. After 30 seconds, 
pour all of the tea into the cups. (remove till the last drops).

7. Ensure all water is removed from the tea pot, so just the wet leaves remain. This helps prevent bitterness in the next cups of tea.

8. For more cups of tea, pour more freshly boiled water into the tea pot. No need to wait 30 seconds – the leaves have already been opened.

9. Pour the tea from the tea pot and keep the tea leaves only for the next cups.
